If you suspect misuse of our platform—including misuse of profiles, inappropriate behaviour, spam, fraudulent activity, or any violation of our Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy—please inform us immediately.
What constitutes misuse?
Misuse may include, but is not limited to:

Creating fake or misleading profiles (false identity, incorrect details).

Using the platform for dating, casual meet-ups, or non-matrimonial purposes (note: this site is strictly for matrimonial use only).

Posting or sharing inappropriate, abusive, offensive, defamatory, or harassing content.

Soliciting money, gifts, or other benefits under false pretences.

Using the platform for any illegal activities, or to breach someone’s privacy.
How to report misuse
If you come across any profile or communication that you believe is misusing our service, please provide us the following details:

Member ID or profile link of the allegedly misused account (if available).

A brief description of the issue (what happened, when, what was said or done).

Screenshots, chat logs or any supporting evidence (optional but helpful).

Your contact details (so we may follow up, while of course preserving your confidentiality).
What we will do
Upon receiving your report, our team will review the matter promptly and may do any or all of the following:

Suspend or block the profile pending investigation.

Remove inappropriate content.

Warn or ban members who violate the rules.

Cooperate with law-enforcement or relevant authorities, if required.
Your report will be kept confidential. We will not share your identity with the person you are reporting unless you give us explicit permission or are required by law.
