Advance payments are generally non-refundable.

5. Media Content & Copyright

All photos, videos, and albums created by Badhon Marriage Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After payment, clients are granted personal use rights to their media.
We may use selected photos/videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio) unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
